What is cradle to grave accounting? It means that you hand off your full bookkeeping to the folks at My NYC Bookkeeper and we take care of the rest. You don’t send us reminders to get things done because we have already done them. We will handle all aspects of your bookkeeping cycle. From the data entry and reconciliation up through the final monthly task of providing a monthly P&L to each and every client. We will file all of your excise and payroll taxes. We will finalize your books to hand off to your tax preparer at year end for your federal taxes. For many of our clients we will be the primary point of contact for your CPA and they will direct questions to us so and alleviate your need to get involved at all if you so choose.
You can rest assured that your books are being handled professionally each and every month. We take great pride in our methodical attention to detail. We do not drop the ball. We will make sure that all of your taxes are filed correctly and that they are filed on time.

We also work with larger businesses who prefer to do the leg work internally and simply have us review and edit the financials and finalize for the tax preparers. Some businesses have the manpower to take care of the data entry internally and would prefer to do this themselves. Great! We are happy to have your staff start the ball running. When they hand off to us we will finish the job and be sure that it has been done correctly. We have the knowledge and experience that you need to be confident that your books will be clean and ready for tax time.
